There is a large reception room, with new oak flooring and two double bedrooms one with ensuite and a family bathroom. Both bathrooms were refitted 2 years ago.

Wellington Lodge is a gated development with excellent residents’ facilities, lovely large private grounds, tennis courts, gym, bike shed, BBQ area, shared basement storage and visitor parking. The apartment also has two allocated parking places.
