Redwoods charges a standard fee of 10 per cent plus VAT for full management of commercial and residential property.
Tenants (residential property)

Redwoods asks tenants for a refundable deposit of one week’s rent to secure a property. This sum is deducted from the first month’s rent.

Tenants are also asked to pay one month’s rent in advance and one month’s deposit prior to taking a property

Redwoods is a member of the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) and all residential deposits are lodged with the DPS.

Redwoods has belonged to the Property Ombudsman ( membership number D01177), a government approved redress scheme since May 2007.
